Today, on October 31, all ProCredit Banks operating in 21 countries celebrate the World Savings Day. ProCredit Bank in Armenia congratulates everyone on this occasion and wishes safe and full-of-savings future. One of the Bank’s important missions is the promotion of savings culture in Armenia. For this purpose the Bank regularly presents a variety of savings projects and solutions in order to emphasize the importance of savings and increase the public awareness about its vital role. The World Savings Day was established on October 31st 1924 during the 1st International Savings Bank Congress (World Society of Savings Banks) in Milano, Italy. Starting 1925 the day became an annual tradition in many countries going along with celebrations and campaigns to encourage savings. ProCredit Bank in Armenia was the first Bank which joined this banking tradition and every year makes pleasant surprises to its customers on this occasion.
