On 26 May President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on awarding the “Mkhitar Gosh” medal to Sergey Davtyan for a long-term fruitful activity in the sphere of state building and in connection with his 75th birthday, conveyed the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
