COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE CONCERNING CASE OF "ROYAL ARMENIA"

YEREVAN, JULY 20, NOYAN TAPAN. On July 19 the RA General Prosecutor's Office submitted an appeal to the Court of Appeal on Criminal cases against the verdict of not guilty passed by the Court of First Instance of the Kentron and Nork-Marash communities of Yerevan with regard to the case filed against the "Royal Armenia" company on July 16. According to the information provided to a Noyan Tapan correspondent by the RA Prosecutor General's Office, the prosecutor side claims to reverse the judgement of not guilty and find Gagik Hakobian, the holder of the above-mentioned company, and Aram Ghazarian, the former Director, guilty of all the charges presented by the preliminary investigation body.
