YEREVAN, JANUARY 18, NOYAN TAPAN. The Court of First Instance of the Yerevan Kentron and Nork Marash communities (judge Gayane Karakhanian) postponed on January 17 the examination of the claim of Levon Abrahamian, the former Director of the Chamber Music Theater against the RA Ministry of Culture and Youth Issues. L.Abrahamian demands to consider invalid the Ministry's decision on relieving him of the theater director's post. As Levon Abrahamian informed the Noyan Tapan correspondent, the next court session will take place on January 30. In Levon Abrahamian's words, he leaves for the U.S. on January 18 and, most probably, the court process will proceed without his participation. He added that after being restored on the post, he will still think either to work or not.
