YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 20, NOYAN TAPAN. The court of 1st instance of Yerevan's Kentron and Nork-Marash communituies (chaired by Judge Pargev Ohianian) on November 17 granted the petition of the Royal Armenia LLC's lawyer Gevorg Minasian to lift the arrest of the company's property. 115,200 kg of coffee has been under arrest on the decision of the investigator of the National Security Service investigating the criminal case against Gagik Hakobian and Aram Ghazarian, Royal Armenia's management. The court recognized as the aggrived party Federal Investment Group instead of the American Armenian Vache Petrosian. Lawyer Lusine Sahakian will represent the group's interests. The court declined to recognize the State Customs Committee as the civil claimant, and Royal Armenia - as the civil defendant as Royal Armenia company is not the accused in this case. The defendants G. Hakobian and A. Ghazarian did not appear at the court sitting for uknown reasons, due to which the court sitting was postponed until December 11.
