YEREVAN, OCTOBER 12, NOYAN TAPAN. RA Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepian received on October 11 Mr.Alfred Hartenbach, the Secretary of State of the Justice Ministry of the German Federal Republic, and Heike Peitsch, the GDR Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the RA. As Noyan Tapan was informed by Sona Truzian, the Press Secretary of the RA Prosecutor's General Office, A.Hovsepian presented the guests the structure of the RA Prosecutor's Office General, the second stage process of the judicial-legal reforms, issues relating to cooperation of legal bodies of the Republic of Armenia and the German Federal Republic. The RA Prosecutor General fixed that a practical cooperation has already been formed between the two countries' legal bodies in the anti-crime struggle, and attached importance o signing of a bilateral agreement on legal mutual aid what will assist cooperation development. Welcoming the RA Prosecutor's General proposal, the Secretary of State of the GDR Justice Ministry and Mrs.Ambassador expressed readiness to assist works being done in the direction of signing the agreement. An agreement was reached to start works on development of the agreement.
