YEREVAN, OCTOBER 6, NOYAN TAPAN. The 27th conference of the Ministers of Justice of member countries of the Council of Europe will take place in Yerevan on October 12-13. The theme of the conference is "Victims: Place, Rights and Assistance." As Noyan Tapan was informed by the RA Ministry of Justice, sittings of the Bureaus of the European Committee on Legal Cooperation and the European Committee on Crime Problems will precede the conference on October 11.
