BRYUSOV AWARDED "MOVSES KHORENATSI" MEDAL

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 23, NOYAN TAPAN. By the RA President's
November 19 decree, a group of members of the professors' and
lecturers' staff of the Yerevan State Linguistic University
after V.Bryusov were awarded "Movses Khorenatsi" medal for their
significant contribution and work of many years in the sphere of
education and science as well as on the occasion of the 70th
anniversary of the University.
According to the information submitted to "Noyan Tapan" by
the President's Press Office, Professor Melania Astvatsatrian,
the Chief of the Department of Pedagogics and Methodics of
Teaching Languages, Doctor of Pedagigical Sciences, Doctor of
Philological Sciences; Professor Aram Barlezizian, the Chief of
the Department of French, Doctor of Philological Sciences;
Eduard Nuralov, Professor of the Department of History of
Literature and Foreign Literature, Doctor of Philological
Sciences, Grigori Samvelian, Professor of the Department of the
Modern Russian Language, Doctor of Philological Sciences.
Irina Atajanian, Assistant Professor of Russian Literature,
Candidate of Philological Sciences, Assistant Professor Vladimir
Stepanian, the Chief of the Department of Second Foreign
Language were awarded honorary title of the RA Honoured
Pedagogue.
