YEREVAN, OCTOBER 9, NOYAN TAPAN. Registration of property rights has begun in the urban development zones of Yerevan, including the 33rd district (Furdousi Street). The mayor of Yerevan Yervand Zakharian said at the October 9 press conference that all residents of the 33rd district (except those outside Armenia or having a territory-related dispute with their neighbors) will receive property certificates. According to the mayor, the preparation of zoning projects of Yerevan's Arabkir, Ajapniak, Davitashen and Nork-Marash district communities will be completed by late 2007. In parallel with this, measurement work started in some districts of the city, including Verin and Nerkin Charbakh and Noragyugh.
