YEREVAN, JULY 4, NOYAN TAPAN. Hovik Arsenian, the lawyer of Alexander Arzumanian, the former RA Foreign Minister, has applied to the RA Appeal Court for Criminal Cases appealing against the first instance court decision to prolong the arrest term of his defendant. As Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed by H. Arsenian, in the appeal application the defender party petitions to invalidate that decision, to liquidate the arrest chosen as a preventive punishment or even if to replace it by alternative preventive punishment, pledge.
