YEREVAN, JUNE 21, NOYAN TAPAN. Naira Melkumian, the executive director of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund, was discharged according to her application. According to the information provided to Noyan Tapan by the Public Relations Department of the fund, Vahe Aghabekiants was appointed executive director of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund by the fund's Board of Trustees in the June 19 sitting. Vahe Aghabekian was born in Tehran, and was educated in the United States where he founded a number of successful business organizations in the sphere of Information Technologies (IF) cooperating with 500 of the most prestigious organizations. He moved to Armenia in 1998 and since 1999 he has worked as an advisor to Vardan Oskanian, the RA Minister of Foreign Affairs.
