YEREVAN, MAY 11, NOYAN TAPAN. The semi-final stage of the Eurovision-2007 music competition took place in the capital of Finland, Helsinki, on late May 10. Representatives of 28 countries competed for the 10 places of participation at the final stage. Russia is this year represented by the Serebro group, Ukraine is represented by Verka-Serdyuchka, Georgia by singer Sapo. To recap, owing to the successful performance of previous year representative of Armenia, Andre, Hayko representing Armenia in Eurovision-2007 will at once participate in the final stage to take place on May 12. The semi-final and final stages of the competition will be live broadcast by 42 countries-members of the European Broadcasting Union.
