YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 20, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. The solemn opening ceremony of the exhibition entitled "Armenia from Sky" took place in the hall of the Council of Europe Ministers' Committee, on November 16. As Noyan Tapan was informed by the RA Foreign Ministry's Press and Information Department, the exhibition is dediacted to the 15th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia and the 5th anniversary of the RA membership to the Council of Europe. Ambassador Christian Ter Stepanian, the Permanent Representative of the RA to the CE made the opening speech of the solemn ceremony. Mrs.Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, the Director General of Culture and Education made a speech on behalf of the Council of Europe Secretary General. High-ranking officials of the Council of Europe as well as EC member states ambassadors, diplomates were present at the ceremony.
