YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 9, NOYAN TAPAN. To recap, accused of disrespectful attitude towards the court, a criminal action was brought against advocates Zaruhi Postanjian, Ashot Atoyan and Stepan Voskanian according to the application of Mher Arghamanian, the judge of the RA Appeal Court on Criminal and Military Cases. In the words of the RA Prosecutor General, an advocate, as a participant of judicial processes, must keep judicial norms, display respectful attitude towards other participants, court, and a disrespectful attitude towards the court, "just doing hooligan's actions" is inadmissible. Haik Alumian, a member of the RA Chamber of Advocates Council mentioned in the interview to the Noyan Tapan correspondent, that such attitude is often displayed by judges in courts of Armenia that it is itself disrespectful towards the court.
