YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 20, NOYAN TAPAN. Two people were drawn as defendants on the case of murder of Shahen Hovasapian, the Chief of the Investigation Department of the RA State Tax Service. Sona Truzian, the Press Secretary of the RA Prosecutor's General Office informed the Noyan Tapan correspondent about it. Armen Virabian, the 7th Section Chief of the mentioned department, and his brother, Gurgen Virabian were accused of points 6 and 7 of Article 104, part 2 of the RA Criminal Code: murder committed by a group of people or an organized group dangerous for many people's life; of points 1 and 7 of Article 34-104: attempt of murder (attempt of murder of two people, Hovasapian's driver and son, who were in the same car with Sh.Hovasapian, is meant); and of Article 235, part 1: to make, use illegal ammunition. Arrest was chosen as precautionary measure towards the two defendants.
