ISTANBUL, AUGUST 2, NOYAN TAPAN. Sportsmen of 31 countries participated in the Europe Youth Championship of free-style wrestling held in Istanbul. Sporstmen from Vanadzor performed successfully among the 8 representatives of Armenia. Matevos Saroyan (42 kg) won all his rivals, took the 1st place and was awarded the champion's golden medal. Ohan Gikinian (50 kg), the 3rd prize-winner of the previous year was awarded silver medal this time. To recap, they are pupils of honorary trainer, 76 years old Aram Khanzadian.
