STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 19, NOYAN TAPAN. On 18 February President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received defense minister of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan and his first deputy David Tonoyan. Issues related to army building, cooperation between the two Armenian states in this sphere and situation along the line of contact were discussed during the meeting. Artsakh Republic defense minister Movses Hakobyan partook at the meeting, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
