PROGRAM OF "ARMENIAN YOUTH INTERNATIONAL CENTER" FUND'S
2006 ACTIVITY ADOPTED

YEREVAN, JANUARY 11, NOYAN TAPAN. The program and budget
estimate of the "All-Armenian Youth International Center" fund's
2006 activity were discussed and adopted at the January 10
sitting of the fund Board of Trustees. The sitting was chaired
by RA Prime Minister Andranik Margarian. Noyan Tapan was
informed about this by the RA Government's Information and
Public Relations' Department.
Armen Sinanian, the Executive Director of the fund, breifly
touched upon the main results of the 2005 activity of the fund,
mentioning that all events envisaged by the annual program were
implemented. Particularly, the fund joined the "European Youth
Centers" international organization.
The Executive Director reported that a number of important
programs are envisaged to implement in 2006, including the 4th
All-Armenian Youth Forum, an intercultural festival,
"International Youth Work and Cooperation," "European Youth
Policy, Programs and Structures" programs. The fund envisages to
implement the last program with assitance of NGOs of the sphere
to develop participation of Armenian youth public organizations
in processes of the European youth policy. The "International
Youth Work and Cooperation" educational program has a goal to
assist formation and implementation of international programs by
youth and students' organizations, introduction of young people
actively involved in youth works in experience of present
international youth work.
A.Sinanian mentioned that the goal of the 4th All-Armenian
Youth Forum is widening of the field of all-Armenian youth
cooperation, strengthening of the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora ties,
assistance to acting youth organizations, support to development
of all-Armenian youth programs and policy.
As for the given issue, A.Margarian instructed to present
an analytical report concerning results of implementation of
all-Armenian youth forum, process of solution of problems of
keeping Armenian traditions and young people's upbringing
according to Armenian views in Diasporan Armenian communities.
