YEREVAN, DECEMBER 13, NOYAN TAPAN. The Yerevan Mayor's Office fixed sizes of assistance to children of needy stratum of society as well as to talented children and ones having high progress who study at music and art schools. According to this, in the case of two and more pupils of socialy needy families, studying at the above-mentioned schools during the 2005-2006 academic year, parents will be fully paid only the payment of the first child, and payments of others will be compensated by 50% by the Mayor's Office. As Arman Sahakian, the Yerevan Deputy Mayor mentioned at the December 12 press-conference, payments of invalid freedom-fighters' children, invalid children, children excellently studying at departments of folk and wind instruments will be compensated by 50%. Payments of one-sided and fully parentless children will be compensated, correspondingly, by 50% and 100%. The education payment of died freedom-fighters' children will also be compensated by 100%.
