YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 22, NOYAN TAPAN. Royal Armenia Ltd announced on November 21 its decision to challenge Ervand Khundkarian, judge of the Economic Court, on the grounds that the judge was not impartial. The court chaired by E. Khundkarian was examining the lawsuit filed by Royal Armenia against the State Customs Service adjunct to the Armenian government.
