According to the informations of Noyan Tapan, Armen Keshishian, the Mayor of the city of Nor Hachen, killed by a pistol shot the Director of the Electricity System of the same city. A.Keshishian gave himself up to the Police. The RA Police Department on Public Relations and Information affirmed the fact of murder, mentioning that Nor Hachen Mayor Armen Keshishian was brought to the Nairi Police Department with the fact of murder of Ashot Mkhitarian, the Director of the Arzni Electricity System. A criminal case was started the examination of which is led by the Prosecutor's Office. To recap, A.Keshishian is registered as a Mayor candidate at the elections to be held in Nor Hachen on October 9. According to information of an official source, at about 10:20, on September 24, at the croosroad of Haroutiunian-Torozan streets, Mayor of Nor Hachen Armen Keshishian born on 1966 fired a shot from the pistol confirmed after him at Director of the Arzni Electricity System Ashot Mkhitarian born in 1967. The latter was replaced with injuries to the Abovian central hospital, where he died.
