MOSCOW, January 20 (Noyan Tapan). The Armenian champion "Pyunik" successfully performed in the great football tournament, the "Cooperation Cup" traditional tournament of the football champions of the CIS and the Baltic states held in Moscow. The Armenian champion "Pyunik" held its second match with the Latvian champion "Sconto". The match completed with a score of 2:2 (Alexander Petrosian and Mamadu Diavara of "Pyunik" scored the goals). So, "Pyunik" passed to the quarter final of the "Cooperation Cup" tournament, as it beat the Tajik champion "Regar-Tadaz" with a score of 5-1 and "Sconto" - with a score of 4-1. "Pyunik" held the match of the quarter final with the Azeri champion "Nefterej" on January 19. The winner of this match will compete with the Ukrainian champion "Dinamo" (Kiev) on January 21. The semi-final of the "Cooperation Cup" tournament will be held on January 23.
