YEREVAN, October 27 (Noyan Tapan). The Armenian national team placed second in the group tournament of the first round of the European Championship of U-19 football-players held in September and received the right to continue contention. It is already known that the national teams of Italy, Belgium and Hungary will be the rivals of the Armenian junior football-players in the second round. They have already been involved in the fourth qualifying group along with the Armenian national team. Contention will be more difficult at this round, because only the winner of the group tournament will have an opportunity to participate in the finals. This tournament will be held in early 2005, and the place of the holding of the contention will be determined soon.
