The organizers of the Eurovision International Song Contest have changed procedures of voting, the Azerbaijani news agency APA reported. That beginning this year, the voting will take place in the last 15 minutes following all the performances. In 2010, viewers could vote for their preferred song in the course of the entire concert (after the first song). But this year the European Broadcasting Union reportedly decided to return to the old voting system.
