TBILISI GOT SPECIAL NOTE OF RUSSIA

TBILISI, NOVEMBER 10, NOYAN TAPAN. Official Tbilisi got a special note of Russia in connection with detention of Russian spies in Georgia. Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze said in her interview with BBC. “We have got an official note via the Swiss embassy in which Russia asks to provide information in connection with identification of these people (Russian spies) and asks for confirmation that they are indeed Russian citizens," Kalandadze said. In her words, official Moscow demands admission to the Russian spies, though Kalandadze does not special the position of the Georgian side, reported CAUCASUS PRESS. "Naturally we will supply all the detained with all the rights envisaged by the law," Deputy Foreign Minister said. Let us remind that 13 people have been detained on the charge of espionage in favour of Russia, four of them are the citizens of Russian Federation.
