Co-ordination Council of Armenian Organizations of France (CCAF) has Issued statement condemning "cynicism of president Alyev " in affair of the young shepherd Manvel Saribekyan. "CCAF strongly condemns Azerbaijan for the murder disguised as suicide Manvel Saribekyan, presumably as a result of torture and because he was just an Armenian. The CCAF request to the International Red Cross and other French and European human rights organizations to open an independent investigation into the death of young Manvel Saribekyan . A few weeks before parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan on November 7, the CCAF draws the attention of the international community to the authoritarian regime of the grotesque Aliyev dynasty in total break with the founding European humanistic values ".
