On October 7, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Georgy Petrossyan received the first students of the Diplomatic School under the RA Minsitry of Foreign Affairs, who were on an acquaintance visit to Artsakh, headed by the School Rector Vahe Gabrielyan. At the attendees’ request, the Head of the Foreign Office of the Artsakh Republic touched upon the current process of the Karabakh issue peaceful settlement and presented official Stepanakert’s stance.
