On May 1 President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which for services shown to the Artsakh Republic and in connection with the 60th anniversary of birthday the “Mesrop Mashtots” order was awarded to the head of the General Staff of the Republic of Armenia's Armed forces colonel-general Yuri Khachaturov.
