NEW YORK, MAY 27, NOYAN TAPAN-ARMENIANS TODAY. The Sacred Music Council of the Eastern Diocese is recruiting candidates for the Boyajian Choir Leadership Development Program, scheduled for August 15-22 at the Ararat Center in upstate New York. The program runs during the course of three years and includes intensive sessions on the history of Armenian sacred music, the history of Western music and vocal training. The Sacred Music Council is also proud to present the first-ever National Choir Workshop, scheduled for August 20-22 at the Ararat Center.
