On July 27, the Railroad Center for Infrastructure Diagnostics hosted the III Meeting of the masters of "South Caucasus Railway", in which the activities were discussed aimed at improving the quality of work and ensuring safe traffic for the first half of 2012. During the event the railroad masters acquainted with the technologies of production embedded in SCR. At the meeting with the CEO of CJSC “SCR” Victor Rebets the middle management staff discussed issues related to the new system of motivation and remuneration. “The work of the master in SCR is of special significance, since safety on the railway depends directly on you. Besides, it takes long time to make a highly professional master”, said the CEO, adding that the master of the first category receives a monthly surcharge of 25% and the master of the second category a surcharge of 15%. Due to the event the head of SCR Victor Rebets awarded the title of masters and sector specialists to six employees of the railway.
