Orange launched OrangePremier program for its most loyal customers

Today Orange has presented a new exclusive service in the telecommunication sector of Armenia and launched the OrangePremier program with the objective to pay special attention to its most devoted customers who have been Orange subscribers for more than 12 months and have always been intensively useing Orange voice services.
OrangePremier program beneficiaries will avail themselves of a range of benefits when using Orange services, consulting and customer care services, as well as of the benefits offered by the partner companies of OrangePremier program.
“Today we are happy to announce the third wave of our Christmas offers and present OrangePremier program. The participants of the program are selected at sole discretion of Orange. These customers have been using our services actively and for a long time, and we want to award and thank them showing that they are special for us. Every customer who will become OrangePremier participant will be paid a special attention and will get individual treatment from us,” said Francis Gelibter, CEO of Orange Armenia.
OrangePremier program has two statuses – OrangePremier and OrangePremier Black Diamond. The selection of program participants is mad on the criteria defined by Orange, twice a year. The customers receive personalized cards, which symbolize their status: white card is for OrangePremier customers and black card for OrangePremier Black Diamond customers.
OrangePremier subscribers will enjoy personalized customer care services having a priority of calls to customer care 555 service, and from now on only for OrangePremier Black Diamond subscribers a dedicated 777 line will be operating at 24/7.
When buying a handset or smartphone from any Orange shop, OrangePremier customers will be provided a longer - 18 or 24 month warranty service. In case of handset repair at Orange, they will be provided with a backup phone equivalent to theirs.
To use the handset or smartphone more easily, OrangePremier participants will get the exclusive possibility of making free use of Orange Care services, including phone call service.
OrangePremier Black Diamond includes an extra SIM card, which the subscribers can use in case of loss or damage of the main SIM card, just by activating it through a phone call.
OrangePremier subscribers will be the first to know about the best offers of Orange and will have an exclusive opportunity to acquire the latest models of handsets, smartphones and other devices put on the world market.
Besides the benefits offered by Orange, OrangePremier subscribers will be offered benefits from Orange partner companies. In particular, when buying an air-ticket from Austrian Airlines, OrangePremier subscribers will be provided a special certificate thanks to which they will have an exclusive opportunity to make their waiting time more pleasant in the VIP lounge of Vienna international airport, or upon arrival to Zvartnots airport they will be provided a free high-class taxi service to any destination within Yerevan.
When booking rooms in Arthur’s Aghveran Resort, OrangePremier subscribers will get a special 20% discount and 1 OrangePremier Black Diamond subscriber selected at random on annual basis will be provided a wonderful chance to enjoy a 2-day free stay at Arthur’s Aghveran Resort.
When acquiring a membership card at Orange Fitness, OrangePremier subscribers will get
50 % discount as well as one visit Guest Card as a gift.
When acquiring a subscription card from Prolife Wellness & Spa, OrangePremier subscribers will get 10% discount and a SPA gift package containing a range of services.
