VivaCell-MTS ranks the third in top tax-payers list

VivaCell-MTS tax payment in 2012 exceeded the 2011 record by 22 percent

Telecommunications Operator VivaCell-MTS (K-Telecom) ranks the third in the Top Taxpayers List of 2012, with AMD 21,672,938,130 (AMD 21,7 billion).

Although in 2011 VivaCell-MTS also was the third, with the overall tax payments totaling 17,751,611,850 (AMD 17,7 billion), in 2012 VivaCell-MTS exceeded the 2011 record by 22 percent.

The growth is mostly conditioned by increased volume of direct taxes (profit and income taxes).

Overall, starting from 2005 when VivaCell-MTS entered to market, the Company has paid AMD 126,944,110,870 (AMD 126,9 billion).
