On 15 May President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Arthur Grigoryan first assistant to the President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic releasing him from the post of assistant to the NKR President.
According to another Presidential decree Lilit Petrosyan was appointed assistant to the Nagorno Karabagh Republic President.
