On 16 August President Bako Sahakyan signed an order on adopting strategic program of legal and judicial reforms in the NKR for the period of’ 2013-2017 as the list of events stipulated by the program.
According to the order a working operative group headed by NKR justice minister Ararat Danielyan was formed to carry out the program.
NKR President’s order “On forming a working group” dated February 1, 2008 is recognized stale taking into account that the previous group had realized the set tasks.
