10% increase in passenger flow, as compared to February 2013

As compared to February 2013, a 10% increase in passenger flow was observed at the “Zvartnots” International Airport of Yerevan in the 2nd month of 2014. In February 2014 the Airport served 100 356 passengers against 91 170 of the past February.
The number of flights in the same period rose by 14%. Instead of the 1219 flights in past February the number of flights operated in February 2014 was 1358.
If 27 airlines operated regular flights to Zvartnots in February 2013, now their number is 32. Also most of the airlines increased frequencies to all destinations, which resulted in reduction of air ticket prices.
