On 19 April Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received member of the European Parliament Frank Engel and director of the "European friends of Armenia" organization Eduardo Lorenzo Ochoa.
A number of issues related to the Europe-Artsakh relations and regional trends were discussed during the meeting. Both sides underlined the necessity of mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of concrete steps in this direction.
