On 21 May President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on awarding posthumously NKR Defence Army N division's junior sergeant Arthur Ohanjanyan with the "For Service in Battle" medal for bravery shown during the defence of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state borders.
