STOCKHOLM, MARCH 22, NOYAN TAPAN-ARMENIANS TODAY. A few hundred people gathered in central Stockholm to protest against the parliament's decision to label the killing of Armenians and other groups 1915 as genocide on 21 March. The demonstration was organsied by several Turkish organizations. According to the daily newspaper Svenska dagbladet, there were also banderoles where one could read that the decision sabotages the reconciliation process between Turkey and Armenia or that history should not be decided by politicians.
