We hereby inform that based on the internal investigation revealing the fact of loss of material property with the estimated amount of 751 million AMD in K-Telecom CJSC, the Company submitted a statement on the act of crime about fraudulent conversion of the property of the Company.
Meanwhile, we would like to inform you that, based on the requirements of Article 201 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code on the prohibition of disclosure of the preliminary investigation information, the Company refrains from providing any additional information or comments.
