Question. How do you assess the comments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey on the ECHR decision in Perincek v. Switzerland case?
Answer. The comments of the MFA of Turkey is a cheap manipulation, where based on the European Court of Human Rights Second Chamber’s decision made on December 17, 2013, judgments are made on the ECHR decision made on October 15, 2015 about the same case. That is a primitive manipulation.
