On November 4 in Aram Khachaturian House-Museum, in the context of the 3rd Khachaturian International Festival, the recital of "Ars Lunga" Duo was held (AramTalalyan (cello), Julietta Vardanyan (piano)).
During the evening the following works have been performed: Sonata in C major by Joseph Haydn (transcription for cello and piano by Carlo Alfredo Piatti), Sonata for Piano and Cello No.5 by Ludwig van Beethoven - and Sonata for Piano and Cello No.2 by Johannes Brahms.

Aram Talalyan noted that the Duo had the pleasure of participating in the Festival: "It is a great honor to take part in a Festival named after our great composer. It is a quite responsible and important performance for us." Speaking about the cooperation with the Youth Orchestra, Aram Talalyan said that he is pleased with this experience. "When there are invitations of joint projects, I am waiting for these events with a great joy."
Pianist Julietta Vardanyan mentioned that together with cellist Aram Talalyan they have gone a substantial and saturated way. The pianist said that the participation in the festivals is of great importance for the musicians, since they give both a lot of experience and an opportunity to display performing arts. Julietta Vardanyan underlined that she has cooperated with State Youth Orchestra of Armenia in various formats. She singled out the energy that always gets while working with the Youth Orchestra musicians, who always work with love and sense of responsibility.
