On 5 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convened an enlarged consultation dedicated to the 2016 draft state budget.
Prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan, minister of finance and economy Spartak Tevosyan, heads of concerned bodies delivered corresponding reports.
In his speech President Sahakyan underlined the necessity of maintaining social orientation of the budget, its transparence and targeted use of the financial resources.
National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan and other officials partook at the consultation.
