Foreign Minister of Armenia received delegation of Knesset of Israel, headed by Deputy Speaker

On April 3, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received the delegation, headed by Tali Ploskov, Deputy Speaker of the Knesset of Israel, Head of Armenia-Israel Friendship Group.
Welcoming the guests, Minister Nalbandian attached importance to the visit of parliamentary delegation, stressing personal input of the Parliamentarians included in the delegation in the development of Armenian-Israeli relations.
Expressing gratitude for the reception, the Deputy Speaker of the Knesset Ploskov highlighted that centuries-old friendship has been established between the Armenian and Jewish people, and that the parliamentary group is ready to exert efforts for their further strengthening.
The sides discussed issues on Armenia-Israel bilateral agenda, commended active cooperation established within the parliamentary format.
Edward Nalbandian presented situation unfolded due to large-scale military actions unleashed by Azerbaijan, stressing that Armenia and the international community share the view that exclusively peaceful settlement of the conflict has no alternative.
