Stepanakert, June 1, 2016. Karabakh Telecom announces that further to unfortunate interruptions the internet service has been restored. The Company’s sincerely apologizes to all its subscribers for the inconvenience caused.
As earlier communicated via a public SMS the problem was due to a cable cut on the borders. Immediate measures were taken by Karabakh Telecom team along with the teams of other service providers to identify the problem and reinstate the service immediately.
While we cannot guarantee that such accidents will not happen again, we guarantee that immediate actions will be taken should similar service interruptions occur again. Karabakh Telecom team works round the clock to make sure that the Company’s services are delivered in the best quality regardless of any technical challenge.
