YEREVAN, OCTOBER 9, NOYAN TAPAN. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's birthday on October 7. The message in particular reads: "Your personal contribution to the development of Armenian-Russian strategic cooperation is invaluable. I am convinced that our joint fruitful work based on mutual trust and respect will contribute to the development and deepening of traditional friendly relations between Armenia and Russia in the future as well".
