YEREVAN, OCTOBER 1, NOYAN TAPAN. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on October 1 received the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group: Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France), and Robert Bradtke (U.S), as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. According to a press release of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this was the second meeting of Minister Nalbandian and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs over the past week. Issues related to the work done in preparation for the upcoming meeting of Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan and the ongoing negotiations on the Artsakh problem based on the Madrid Principles were discussed at the meeting.
