"Though I myself support recognition of NKR, I do not know to what extent the Armenian community wants to show preference to that. The Armenians of America should give preference to the issues which are most likely to be successfully accomplished. And since the issue of Nagorno Karabakh is a very difficult issue I would not recommend to put it in the list of the most primary ones," the Congressman announced.
