IZHEVSK, JULY 28, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. The constituent assembly of the Union of Armenians in Russia (UAR) all-Russian NGO's regional unit in the Republic of Udmurtia was held on July 12, Yerkramas newspaper reported. According to Yerkramas, Mnatsakan Arakelian was elected the chairman of the UAR regional unit in Udmurtia. In the past 5 years, he has headed "Urartu" Armenian NGO in the Republic of Udmurtia.
