Bako Sahakyan approved the Government’s decision on releasing Gegham Beglaryan from the position of the head of the Askeran regional

On 13 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan approved the Government’s decision on releasing Gegham Beglaryan from the position of the head of the Askeran regional administration upon his own request.
According to the same decision responsibilities of the head of the Askeran regional administration were temporarily assigned to deputy head of the administration Vladimir Balasanyan.
