On 14 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan had a meeting in Paris with a group of members of the France-Artsakh Friendship Circle to discuss various issues on France-Artsakh relations.
The President noted that the development of relations with France was one of the fundamental directions of Artsakh foreign policy, extending gratitude to members of the Circle for the efforts made to deepen and expand bilateral relations.
